Wilmington Health Access for Teens, Inc., (WHAT) a private, non-profit "doctor's office for teens", provides affordable, accessible physical and mental health services to teens in Southeastern North Carolina. WHAT works with both teens and families, while coordinating care with other appropriate health care providers in the region.
