SYNERGY is comprised of students from each of the five high schools in New Hanover County. SYNERGY members work diligently on exciting presentations and community service projects throughout the region. SYNERGY, working together with the Cape Fear Teen Health Council, touch thousands of adolescents through their dedication to volunteerism. From DARE Camp, to survival booths, to health fairs and classroom presentations, SYNERGY has impacted New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick County teens. They work diligently to coordinate community events, prepare for presentations, and generate fund raising events for program activities and a scholarship in memory of Dee Dee Mott, SYNERGY Peer Health Educator.

SYNERGY Peer Health Educators do presentations on:

• Pregnancy prevention
• STDs
• Bullying
• Hygiene
