Joy has over 30 years of experience in non-profit management, development, project management and marketing. Previously, she served as the vice president of marketing and community relations at Bladen County Hospital and executive director of Bladen HealthWatch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wake Forest University and was a fellow in the American Hospital Association’s Healthier Communities Fellowship program. Ms. Grady serves on the board of directors of Community Care of Lower Cape Fear and Cape Fear HealthNet, and serves as vice president of the North Carolina School Community Health Alliance (NCSCHA).

Mary has worked with non-profit organizations for over 17 years, serving many roles as a volunteer and staff member. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for One Way Out Kenya, an organization that provides educational opportunities to orphaned and vulnerable children in rural Kenya. At WHAT, Mary oversees all marketing, public relations and outreach efforts and events, and serves as a liason between WHAT and the school community.

Cindy has been with WHAT for over 10 years, and has increasingly played an instrumental role in overseeing and managing WHAT’s growing health information technology needs. Beyond her IT-related responsibilities, she is also WHAT’s “go to” person for purchasing, facilities and many other things – she does it all.

Pam has over 25 years of experience in accounting, working in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.  She has held several roles with numerous North Carolina-based companies  ranging from Staff Accountant to Controller. She is a graduate of Gardner Webb University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
